Since opening his restaurant, The Dip, inside a Sydney club in 2010, Andrew Levins has become a tried-and-tested authority on all things smoked, fried, salsa'd and sauced. He's now sharing the recipes in a new cookbook: Diner.

The recipes are easy to follow, and with the right equipment and a little know how you'll be whipping up dawgs, watermelon and bacon burgers, pulled pork nachos and other crowd pleasers at home. Diner is available from most Aussie bookstores and online here.
