Chef's Special is an Australian mag specialising in red meat - the many ways in which it's prepared and how it got from the paddock to your plate.

Carrying on like a pork chop, the online publication is stuffed to the gills with recipes, chef and provider profiles, essays and more. It's a great read, but you might want to hide it when your vegetarian friend comes over...
