Remember when computer games came on cartridges? When pixels were Tic-Tac sized? When it took roughly 10 times longer to load a game than to actually play it?

Nerd-culture blogger Mighty God King has fond memories of those days, so when he came across a cache of old Atari games at a garage sale he whipped out his trusty Photoshop tools and had a little fun with them.

Behold the magic of The Dots of War, Backgammon for Friendless People, It's Fucking Checkers and Obligatory Educational Game! (Post-modern self-referential irony aside though, we still maintain HockeyPong sounds like a winner. Really.)
