You might have mildly traumatic memories of wearing overalls to kindergarten when all the other kids were wearing shorts or jeans, and swearing never to wear the damn things again.
Happily, despite the name, the jointly L.A. and Japan-based clothing company, The Stevenson Overall Co, doesn't just make overalls. Indeed, we can't actually seem to find any denim onesies on the site at all.
Instead, it purveys a range of products that tie in beautifully to the current fondness for clothes and consumer items that are both vintage-inspired and utilitarian. The designs reference "early functional clothing from the 1800s to the 1960s" and they do look pretty fine — even to overall-phobics.
