Robert Redford's Sundance Film Festival has kicked off and opening the World Drama category (in about an hour) is Australian feature Wish You Were Here

Anticipation is high; critically adored Animal Kingdom won the category at the Utah-based festival in 2010. Director Kieran Darcy-Smith and wife Felicity Price co-wrote the script with assistance from Screen NSW's hit-making Aurora Program.

Starring the grizzle-faced Joel Edgerton, and featuring a soundtrack by Tim Rogers, it examines the sinister mystery resulting from four friends initially idyllic Cambodia jaunt. We're intrigued.
