MONA FOMA (ticket giveaway)

There's a lot to get excited about in the good city of Hobart right now. Not only is it ruling at locally grown food stuffs, it's dominating the arts, especially next week when PJ Harvey, tUnE-yArDs and The Dresden Dolls hit town for MONA FOMA.

Run by The Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) and curated by Violent Femmes bassist (and Hobart resident) Brian Ritchie, MONA FOMA (Jan 13 - Jan 22) is a once-a-year avant garde arts festival that draws on a massive variety of local and international talent.

Some of the program events are free, some are ticketed, but all are pretty gnarly (especially Lucas Abela; the guy chews glass).

Thanks to MONA we have two festival passes (valid at $50 each) to give away. Email here with your name and address by Monday January 9 to enter.
