Amsterdam artist-come-industrial-designer Lex Pott loves his metal, but unlike most Northern Europeans his obsession doesn't make him burn down churches and wear human teeth around his neck.

Lex's "True Colours" series investigates the elemental nature of copper, aluminium, brass and steel through oxidisation, allowing the 'true colours' of his materials to show through. Strangely organic and surprisingly bright, you can see more of his work here.
