Ever had one of those days on public transport where the swell of strangers has made feel like you're losing your mind? Amplify that by a million or so and you're on same page as bus-hating Bud Clayman.
Bud's new doco and life's project, OC87, offers a rare insight into how someone with anxiety and affective conditions handles the day-to-day. Co-directed with Scott Johnson and Glenn Holsten, it undermines many of the clichés and assumptions around mental illness. As Clayman puts it, OC87 "isn't about handwashing, it's a film about thoughts". The film is screening now at selected venues around the U.S., but everyone can watch the trailer here.
